Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) was established in 1979 in the state of Terengganu, Malaysia. It is one of the 20 public universities in Malaysia and also the largest and top ranked university on the east coast of Malaysia. The professional courses offered by universities have a wide range of practical fields, including computer science, management, economics, food science, social sciences, maritime science, marine science, etc. Among them, management, marine technology and other majors have developed into advantageous majors in Malaysia's scientific research field.
