School Introduction - UPSI
UPSI, founded in 1922, is a public teacher training comprehensive university and one of the oldest functional universities in higher education in Malaysia. UPSI is committed to spreading knowledge and bringing changes to education through teaching and learning, research, publishing, negotiation, community service, and other means in the context of the development of excellent human capital both domestically and internationally. UPSI has nine colleges with a complete range of majors and rich courses. Based on the actual needs of students, it offers two directions of majors: non educational and educational. It adopts the European and American education system and teaching methods, with flexible and diverse classroom teaching forms, mainly cultivating students' problem-solving ability, creativity, and teamwork ability. Up to now, UPSI has over 29000 students. UPSI has also hired over 30 foreign lecturers from various fields to impart professional knowledge to students and engage in academic exchanges.
