Universiti Kuala Lumpur is Malaysia's leading government affiliated engineering and technical university. It is a higher education institution founded by MARA, a state-owned enterprise directly under the Ministry of Agriculture and Regional Development, with the aim of cultivating globally ambitious professionals by providing world-class technical education and rich university experiences. Since its establishment on August 20, 2002, the University of Kuala Lumpur has rapidly developed into one of Malaysia's preferred universities, leading the development of knowledge in the field of Higher Technical and Vocational Education and Training (HTVET). Adhering to the concept of "one college, one major", the University of Kuala Lumpur currently has 12 campuses in the Malaysian peninsula, with its headquarters located in the center of Kuala Lumpur, in a prime geographical location. These 12 campuses are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, emphasizing applied and experiential learning, and reinforced through innovative research and global connections with industry. Currently, the University of Kuala Lumpur offers over 150 courses ranging from pre university to doctoral programs.
