The visit was fully organized and coordinated by the Malaysia Education and Cultural Promotion Association, with the aim of fostering stronger ties between Chinese and Malaysian higher education institutions.

The primary objectives of the visit included promoting joint educational programs, facilitating student and faculty exchanges, exploring vocational education cooperation opportunities, and strengthening partnerships in areas such as curriculum development, academic recognition, and international internships.

During the visit, the delegation engaged in in-depth discussions and collaborative dialogues with seven prominent Malaysian universities and one international incubation platform, including:

1. University Malaysia of Computer Science and Engineering (UNIMY)

2. SEGi University

3. University of Kuala Lumpur (UniKL)

4. Multimedia University (MMU)

5. First City University College

6. Quest International University

7. Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR)

The itinerary was both intensive and productive, with each institution expressing strong interest in developing cooperative frameworks with Yunnan College of Finance and Economics. Discussions covered a wide range of collaboration areas, such as dual-degree programs, faculty training, industry-academia partnerships, and cross-border education models.

As the coordinating body, the Malaysia Education and Cultural Promotion Association played a pivotal role in facilitating these institutional connections. This fruitful visit not only expanded the international footprint of Yunnan College of Finance and Economics but also injected new momentum into China-Malaysia educational cooperation, laying a strong foundation for future collaborative achievements.
