On May 20th, the Malaysian Association for the Promotion of Education and Culture and Luohe Food Engineering Vocational University officially reached a strategic cooperation agreement. At the signing ceremony, Ms. Feng Kailin, Secretary General of the Malaysian Association for the Promotion of Education and Culture, and Ms. Xie Feng, Chinese representative of the Malaysian Association for the Promotion of Education and Culture; Representatives from both sides, including Zhan Yueyong, founder and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Luohe Food Engineering Vocational University, and Zhan Qinghua, dean of the School of International Education, attended and solemnly signed the agreement. This cooperation aims to build a solid bridge for students to enter the international academic field, helping them to embark on a broader path of learning and development in the context of globalization.
