The Malaysia Association for the Promotion of Education and Culture (hereinafter referred to as "the Association") is a nationwide non-profit organization officially approved by the Registrar of Societies of the Malaysian government, with the registration number PPM-036-14-16102023. Headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia, the Association is primarily dedicated to promoting Malaysian education and culture abroad, as well as fostering international exchange and cooperation. With a core mission of advancing the globalization of Malaysia’s education sector and showcasing its multicultural charm, the Association aims to serve as a bridge connecting Malaysia with other regions around the world in the fields of education and culture.

Since its establishment, the Association has been committed to international educational and cultural exchange by organizing various academic forums, scholar exchange programs, and cultural exchange activities. These efforts aim to enhance the educational and cultural development between Malaysia and the international community. The Association serves as a communication and cooperation platform for Malaysian institutions to engage with foreign counterparts, promoting multi-level and diversified international cooperation among educational institutions.
