The program adopts a segmented cultivation model: students first complete three years of foundational courses in animal husbandry at Weifang Fanghua Science and Technology Vocational School. Upon meeting academic requirements, they seamlessly advance to pursue a bachelor's degree in animal husbandry at Universiti Kelantan in Malaysia. Alternatively, current students or those holding high school or vocational school equivalency qualifications can also choose to directly enroll in the undergraduate program in Malaysia, offering flexible and diverse pathways for academic advancement.

Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) is a regular public university in Malaysia, established in 2006. The Faculty of Agriculture and Industry's Animal Husbandry program stands out in terms of academic strength, with its curriculum accredited by the Malaysian MQA. The institution is listed on the white list of the Foreign Education Supervision Information Network by the Ministry of Education, and its academic qualifications are fully recognized by the China Service Center for Scholarly Exchange. Upon returning to China, graduates can smoothly complete the degree certification procedures.

Upon completion of the program, the undergraduate degree earned is fully recognized in China, allowing graduates to apply for positions in various state-affiliated sectors such as civil service, public institutions, and state-owned enterprises, while also possessing international competitiveness in the livestock industry. This collaboration establishes a direct pathway from secondary vocational education to overseas public undergraduate programs, providing a low-cost, high-assurance international advancement channel for students specializing in animal husbandry.
