Another Visit to Jining Technician College

On May 13, 2026, a delegation from the Dongyi Cultural Industry Group, representing the China Office of the Malaysian Association for Education and Cultural Promotion, once again visited Jining Technician College to hold an in-depth cooperation meeting.

Since the initial preliminary contact, both parties have attached great importance to cooperative development, actively integrated high-quality resources, and, after multiple rounds of communication and negotiation, have reached a preliminary cooperation agreement, laying a solid foundation for this meeting.

During the seminar, both parties introduced their respective educational platforms, industrial resources, and core development advantages, focusing on specialized strengths such as Information Engineering, Intelligent Manufacturing, and Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. Plans were outlined to introduce high-quality resources from the Universiti Malaysia Perlis and the China Satellite Application Industry Association, with aircraft maintenance, drone technology, and satellite application industrialization as key breakthrough areas.

The two parties agreed to establish comprehensive and in-depth cooperation in areas such as joint professional development, collaborative research projects, faculty and student exchanges, technical seminars, talent cultivation, and industrial employment connections. They will introduce international curriculum standards and practical training systems to enhance the upgrading of academic programs and the cultivation of highly skilled talents.

At the meeting, both parties unanimously agreed to establish a regularized mechanism for communication and cooperation, set up fixed liaison channels, refine implementation procedures, and ensure the steady and orderly advancement of collaboration across various sectors.

We look forward to working hand in hand, leveraging complementary resources, and deepening the internationalization of vocational education to create a new era of collaboration between schools, associations, and enterprises.
