On April 9, a delegation from the China Office of the Malaysian Association for Education and Cultural Promotion, representing the Dongyi Cultural Industry Group, visited Shandong Vocational University of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine to engage in discussions on Sino-Malaysian agricultural and animal husbandry vocational education cooperation.

During the symposium, the college introduced its distinctive educational features, professional strengths, and achievements in talent cultivation, with a focus on sharing mature international vocational education experiences such as overseas campus operations, industry-education collaboration, and the export of vocational education standards in countries like Tanzania, Pakistan, and Vietnam. These efforts demonstrated the college's international expertise in the field of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine. The Promotion Association highly recognized the college's educational standards and facilitated practical cooperation by connecting with university resources from institutions such as Universiti Putra Malaysia and Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris, building a solid foundation for inter-institutional collaboration.

Both parties, building on the existing international platform of the college, drew on successful models of overseas education and technical training. Through in-depth discussions on faculty and student exchanges, joint training programs, international advancement, and joint program development, they reached multiple areas of cooperation.

Next, both sides will accelerate the implementation of cooperative projects, extending the vocational education experience of the institute along the "Belt and Road" to Malaysia, continuously deepening practical exchanges in the field of agricultural and animal husbandry education between China and Malaysia, enhancing the quality and efficiency of the institute's international education, and jointly cultivating high-quality agricultural and animal husbandry technical and skilled talents suited to regional industrial development.
