On April 1st, a delegation from Dongyi Cultural Industry Group, the China office of the Malaysian Association for the Promotion of Education and Culture, visited Weifang Engineering Technician College to conduct educational exchanges and cooperation negotiations.
At the exchange meeting, both parties introduced their educational advantages and development plans. The college showcased the characteristics of "one body, two wings" education, the integrated teaching mode of engineering, and the achievements of industry education integration around three major areas: comprehensive high school, vocational education college entrance examination, and mechanical engineering majors. With a sound vocational education system, high-quality training conditions, and the effectiveness of cultivating high-level skilled talents, it was highly recognized by visiting guests.
The association relies on high-quality overseas educational resources to accurately connect with partner universities for the college: targeting the comprehensive high school and vocational education college entrance examination sections, linking with Universiti Putra Malaysia to build an international pathway for further education; Targeting advantageous majors such as mechanical manufacturing, numerical control, and mechatronics, we will collaborate with the Faculty of Aeronautical University Malaysia to jointly establish a talent training program for aviation machinery related skills.
Both parties have reached a series of cooperation intentions regarding curriculum co construction, faculty exchange, and students' overseas studies. They will accelerate the implementation of the project, help the college build a dual channel for domestic and international studies, and cultivate high-quality international technical and skilled talents.
