In the conference room of Zibo Technician College, representatives from China and Malaysia are enthusiastically discussing a detailed "vocational education going global" roadmap. Outside the window is the warm winter sun, and inside the room is the cross-border educational enthusiasm.

On January 23rd, the China Office of the Malaysian Association for the Promotion of Education and Culture and Dongyi Cultural Industry Group visited Zibo Technician College again to discuss and have in-depth exchanges on the specific work arrangements of the "Vocational Education Going Global" project that they had previously discussed!

At the work seminar, representatives from both sides had in-depth discussions on the specific implementation plan of the "Vocational Education Going Global" project. The heads of relevant departments and representatives from Malaysia exchanged views on specific cooperation directions such as overseas training for teachers and students, joint construction of professional vocational education standards, and development of bilingual teaching resources.
The two sides agreed that, relying on the professional advantages of the college and the international resource network of the Malaysian Association for the Promotion of Education and Culture, priority can be given to promoting cooperation in the fields of joint training of students, improving the international ability of teachers, and skills training of the "the Belt and Road".

Especially in terms of professional standard output, both parties discussed how to combine China's vocational education standards with Malaysia's local needs, develop bilingual teaching resources suitable for the local area, and promote the implementation of the "Chinese+Vocational Skills" training program.

After in-depth discussions, both parties have reached a preliminary cooperation draft, and each operational link will be carried out separately by both parties in the near future.
This draft not only documents the shared vision of educators from both countries for the future, but also witnesses another close handshake between a Chinese industrial city and Southeast Asian countries in the field of vocational education.
