On January 22nd, the China office of the Malaysian Association for the Promotion of Education and Culture, Dongyi Cultural Industry Group, visited Jinan Hui Muslim Middle School in Shandong Province and held in-depth consultations with school leaders on topics such as international language curriculum construction, targeted enrollment channels for Malaysian universities, and precision employment and enrollment projects. The two sides reached consensus on multiple cooperation directions.
During the exchange, representatives from the Malaysia Education and Culture Promotion Association's China office and Dongyi Cultural Industry Group provided a detailed introduction to the unique advantages of higher education in Malaysia and the development trend of Chinese students studying in Malaysia in recent years. The person in charge of Jinan Hui Ethnic Middle School shared the school's exploration achievements in foreign language teaching, ethnic cultural education, and diverse student development.
Both parties have reached strategic intentions by focusing on three major areas of cooperation:
1. Co construction of International Language Curriculum
We plan to introduce high-quality language course resources from Malaysian universities, jointly develop an English intensive curriculum system for high school students, and explore cross-border online teaching and research mechanisms.
2. Construction of targeted enrollment mechanism
Establish a direct admission channel from Jinan Hui Muslim Middle School to Malaysian universities, covering characteristic majors such as aviation services, engineering technology, and business management, to provide personalized academic planning for students.
3. Precise Employment Support Program
Combining Malaysia's industrial development needs with China's "the Belt and Road" talent orientation, we designed a "language+skills+practice" trinity training program to support overseas employment consulting services.

It is reported that this exchange is an important part of the 2026 Basic Education International Cooperation Program of the Malaysian Association for the Promotion of Education and Culture. In recent years, the association has established cooperative relationships with many universities in China. This time, the cooperation dimension has been expanded to the secondary school stage, aiming to build a more complete cross-border education service ecosystem.
Both parties have agreed to establish a special working group in the near future to promote specific work such as course integration, teacher training, and student selection, and to launch the first batch of cooperation plans as soon as possible.
