On January 19th, the Malaysian Association for the Promotion of Education and Culture, together with a delegation from Zhengzhou Shengda School of Economics, Trade and Management, visited Asia Pacific University of Technology&Innovation (APU) in Malaysia for academic exchanges and cooperation negotiations. Both parties had productive discussions on topics such as joint master's education, improvement of academic qualifications for teachers and students, and international scientific research cooperation, and reached consensus in multiple fields. This visit not only deepened mutual understanding between the two universities, but also took a substantive step towards cooperation between the two sides. The first batch of selected teachers from Zhengzhou Shengda College of Economics and Trade Management have successfully arrived at Asia Pacific University of Science and Technology after the exchange ended, officially handling the procedures for doctoral enrollment and becoming the first beneficiaries of cooperation between the two universities. 

During the visit, both sides held a special symposium to conduct in-depth discussions on curriculum docking, faculty exchange, scientific research collaboration, and other directions. Asia Pacific University of Science and Technology introduced its characteristics in technological innovation, interdisciplinary education, and international education, while Zhengzhou Shengda School of Economics and Trade Management shared its teaching practices and development plans in the fields of economics, trade, and management. Both parties agree that the two universities have a high degree of complementarity in talent cultivation goals and disciplinary settings, and have broad prospects for cooperation. 
The focus of this meeting is on the following aspects: 
1、 Jointly promote master's joint training programs, explore cooperation models such as mutual recognition of courses and dual mentorship system; 
2、 Support the improvement of teachers' academic qualifications and academic training, and establish a regular teacher-student communication mechanism; 
3、 Collaborate to carry out international scientific research projects, encourage cross school project cooperation and academic achievement sharing. 

It is worth noting that as an immediate result of this exchange, the first batch of teachers from Zhengzhou Shengda College of Economics and Trade Management have successfully entered Malaysia after the visit and completed their doctoral enrollment at Asia Pacific University of Science and Technology, marking that the cooperation between the two universities has entered the specific implementation stage. This measure not only provides an important platform for teachers' professional development, but also lays a solid foundation for the continued deepening of cooperation between the two parties in the future. 
The representative of Asia Pacific University of Science and Technology stated that the university attaches great importance to cooperation with Chinese universities and looks forward to continuing to expand and deepen cooperation with Zhengzhou Shengda School of Economics and Trade Management in talent cultivation, scientific research and innovation. The visiting delegation from Zhengzhou Shengda College of Economics and Trade Management fully affirmed the achievements of this trip, believing that this exchange has opened up a new path for the internationalization of the college's education, and is full of confidence in long-term cooperation in the future. 

The visit ended successfully in a friendly and pragmatic atmosphere. Both parties agree to establish a regular communication mechanism as soon as possible, gradually implement various cooperation contents, and jointly promote the implementation and sustainable development of the project.
