The five-day intensive visit has come to a successful conclusion. The Malaysian delegation traveled across Qilu and successively visited seven universities including Qingdao Research Institute of the University of International Business and Economics, Qingdao University, China University of Petroleum, Shandong Institute of Aeronautics, Mount Taishan University, Shandong University of Technology and Shandong University of Architecture, building a wide, diversified and professional cooperation network between China and Malaysia's local universities.
From economics and trade, energy, aviation to humanities, education, science and engineering, and architecture, our cooperation extends to multiple key disciplines. This visit is not only a simple intercollegiate friendship, but also marks a new stage of China Malaysia education cooperation that is moving from general exchanges to a focus on disciplinary characteristics and project effectiveness. With the agreement as the blueprint, follow-up projects such as teacher-student exchanges, scientific research cooperation, and curriculum co construction are expected to be implemented in succession, injecting new impetus into people to people and cultural exchanges and talent cultivation under the framework of the "the Belt and Road".
The handshake across the sea has drawn a clear cooperation map in Shandong, and the next step will be to jointly transform the blueprint into fruitful results.
